The Buhari Media Organisation (BMO) has asked the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to apologize to Nigerians for organizing a protest against the Supreme Court judgment which removed Emeka Ihedioha as governor of Imo state.

The BMO in a statement on Wednesday, January 22, said it was an insult for the PDP to protest against Nigeria’s judiciary.

The group accused the PDP of being childish for calling on the Supreme Court to reverse its decision on the Imo governorship election.

It said the opposition was castigating the apex court because of the fear that coming judgments are less likely going to favour it.

Earlier, The Herald reported that members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Imo state protested against Supreme Court judgement removing Emeka Ihedioha, as governor of the state.

The Herald gathered that the PDP members on Sunday, January 19, wore black attire saying that they were not happy that Ihedioha, was removed by the court.
