Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari has reportedly met with Senator David Mark over the alleged plot by the members of the Nigerian Senate to impeach him.
Others who attended the meeting are former President of the Senate Mr. Ken Nnamani, ex- Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Masari .
Vanguard reports that the air around the villa was heavy with feelings of the widely speculated impeachment of the president by the senate.
The meetings held behind closed door and there was no official status on them.
It was recently reported that the Nigerian Senate had discussed a plot to impeach President Muhammadu Buhari over the forgery case instituted agaisnt the Senate leadership.
