Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike says every Nigerian should be blamed for returning President Muhammadu Buhari for a second term in 2019.

He said this on Friday while receiving the 2019/2020 Rotary Good Governance Award conferred on him by the Rotary club of Port Harcourt.

The governor said every well-meaning Nigerian was concerned about insecurity in Nigeria since there could be no governance without security.

“Addressing the Rotary delegation led by Rotarian Obiageli Ejezie, Vice President Rotary Club of Port Harcourt, I explained that the collapse of security in Nigeria today is of concern to everyone as there can’t be governance in the absense of security of lives and property.
