Former Abacha security chief, Hamza Al-Mustapha has been spotted on a courtesy visit to ‘Asari Dokubo’.
Reportedly Asari was vehemently against a death penalty for Mustapha due to his belief that if his death occured during the Jonathan regime, it would be difficult for his kinsman to seek a second term.
