“It’s so sweet on the other side of pain” – Tyler Perry drops motivation for struggling people

Billionaire American actor and filmmaker, Tyler Perry has recounted his struggling days, urging those like him back in those days not to lose hope.

He stated this in a Facebook post on Monday.

The 53-year-old shared a photo of himself inside his Geo Metro, and narrated how he slept in a similar car when he was a homeless man.

Perry emphasised the importance of appreciating every blessing one has, saying doing otherwise shows ingratitude.

“Every now and then I take my Geo Metro out for a spin. (When I was homeless it was a car just like this that was my shelter).

“If looking back at how far you’ve come doesn’t make you thankful, I don’t know what will.

“There’s no way to be ungrateful when you appreciate every blessing you have. And if you’re still in the struggle please fight on…. It’s so sweet on the other side of pain,” the Madea star wrote.
