Jimi Agbaje Boasts Over PDP Chairmanship Chances

Mr. Jimi Agbaje, a former governorship aspirant for Lagos state with the People’s Democratic Party has boasted that come August 17 he will secure the spot of PDP chairman.

He made this declaration shortly after he collected his nomination papers in Abuja, Tuesday, said, “I will not be contesting if I know I will not win.”

He is not worried about the presence of the likes of Bode George or Dokpesi as he feels he has all the credentials to win. He also said that with his leadership, PDP will experience a new lease on life.

“We are going to get back the power we lost at the centre and all the states we lost come 2019. Of course we made mistakes in the past and the time has come for us to correct the mistakes”, he stated.

Jimi Agbaje also noted that the unification of the party will be easier under his watch as he does not belong to any faction therefore there can be accusations of bias.

He said “I believe the field should be open for all interested aspirants to contest. You can even decide to run against the tide if the position is not zoned to your area. You have the right to test your popularity at the convention ground,”

You can see images of when he picked up his form yesterday.
