A Los Angeles Judge has ruled against American Celebrity, Ciara in her case seeking custody of her child with American rapper, Future.
According to TMZ, the judge in his ruling denied Ciara’s plea for sole custody of her only child with her ex-lover, Future and instead announced a joint custody ruling.
According to a source, the Singer remains unsatisfied with the court ruling as she has been reported to have dragged her ex-lover and father of her child back to court for the sole purpose of thrashing his countersuit
The source said: “Ciara wants Future’s countersuit thrown out, she wants to be awarded $250,000 in attorney fees and she wants Future to make a retraction of all the defamatory tweets he made against her earlier this year.”
Following the judgement delivered on May 16, both Future and Ciara will now share joint custody of their son, Zahir Wilburn.
