Army Arrest Prominent Boko Haram suppliers, 2 children also among terrorists (photos)

The Nigerian army, specifically Troops of the 22 Brigade embarked on a  patrol to Ajiri and Antul villages, South East of Dikwa along  Dikwa-Gulumbagana road, and arrested some suppliers of Boko Haram. Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman, the army spokesman said the arrest was made following reports by some good citizens about Boko Haram

The spokesman of the army, Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman, said the arrest was made following tips by some citizens intimating the army about Boko Haram activities. A very loud explosion near Dikwa also alerted the troops who went on to investigate.

The patrol made contact with Boko Haram suppliers who used the two villages as a food base and for other logistics before moving them to Bama and then to Sambisa forest.

The army came out victorious arresting 3 adults and 2 minors.

The under aged male children were dressed in  new Boko Haram uniforms.

Amongst the items the troops recovered were: 1 truck, 2 Golf cars painted in mud, 4 bicycles and 3 x 5kva power generating set, as well as 55 bags of corn.
