Umar Musa Tello, a suspected Boko Haram terrorist, has been arrested in Plateau state by Operation Safe Haven (OPSH) of the Nigerian military.

Maj. Gen Augustine Agundu, the commander of the multi-security task force disclosed that Tello was arrested around Zawurna village of Bassa local government area of Plateau state.

Agundu made this known on Tuesday, February 11, while parading 25 suspected criminals.

According to him, preliminary investigation revealed that Tello fled from Damagun village in Yobe state as a result of the ongoing war against terrorism by Operation Lafiya Dole troops.
