The immediate-past Vice Chairman, North West of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Inuwa Abdulkadir has died.
The cause of death has not been confirmed by his family and political associates.
Abdulkadir was a member of the APC’s National Working Committee (NWC) that was disbanded in June.
Before joining the party, he was a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and served as Minister of Youth and Sports Development during the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan.
He was Chairman, Governing Council of the Sokoto State University until his demise.
