President Donald Trump says he has been tested for coronavirus after coming into recent contact with two individuals who have tested positive for the virus.
Trump who disclosed this during a news conference said he was tested on Friday night. The president explained further that he had his temperature taken on Saturday before entering the White House briefing room.
Trump, however, stated that his temperature was normal, adding that he took the test “only because the press is going crazy.”
According to him, “I also took the test last night. And I decided I should based on the press conference yesterday. People were asking, did I take the test?”
