The Abia State Police Command has arrested one of its personnel, Sergeant Chinatu Onyema, who fled after allegedly killing two persons.
In a shocking incident early July, Onyema was said to have killed an official of the Abia State Board of Internal Revenue, and another man, in a bid to disperse a tense crowd in Aba.
Although the gun allegedly used to perpetrate the act was later recovered in the commercial city, the suspect went into hiding to avoid arrest, The Herald learnt.
