Khloe Kardashian Reveals How She Lost 20 Kg

Khloe Kardashian is looking hotter than ever! The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was a guest on Live! with Kelly and Michael recently where she revealed the reason behind her dramatic new look.

“For me, it’s about lifestyle changes,” she said. “I dieted forever — I’m a yo-yo dieter, yo-yo weight gainer — and I was like, ‘Ok, I need to make a change.'”

“It’s not about losing 13 kg in 30 days — that’s unrealistic,” she continued. “So, I started making lifestyle changes and working out often. I started slow. It’s been about three years, and I’ve kept the weight off.”

Khloe admitted that her healthier routine wasn’t easy at first.

“For the first two months, I was like, ‘What? I am sweating, I’m busting my a**, I’m tired, I’m hungry,’ and whatever, [because] you don’t notice anything,” she explained. “But you just keep on going. Obviously something’s going to happen, but your body takes a minute for that change to show. And the tortoise wins the race. So that’s what I want to do, and I want to keep it off forever.”
