PHOTOS: Kogi Governor Destroys House Belonging To Notorious Criminal

The Kogi State governor, Yahyah Bello took his war against notorious criminals in the state to their front door as he ordered the demolition of the fortress belonging to the criminals located in Odu and owned by notorious criminal Zakari Yau.

The governor’s move was made known by his Chief Press Secretary, Petra Akiniti Onyegbule who was part of the demolition team. The governor’s chief press secretary counted the exits in the house numbering 11 pedestrian gates excluding the main gate.

Recall that the governor began the demolition of the criminal hideouts in Okenne, the Central Senatorial District of the state.

The Governor’s chief press secretary, Petra Akiniti Onyegbule noted that the demolition exercise is a prayer answered and a welcome development which has placed the minds of indigenes and residents of the area at rest.

He added that the purge of the state will continue even as the state governor has given criminals in the state up till April 20th to willingly drop their arms and embrace the amnesty program offered by the state government.

He added: “It is New Direction. Kogi must be safe and secure for all.”
