Princess Zahra Audu, the wife of a one time APC Gubernatorial Candidate, has revealed plans of mobilising the mother of political thugs to man allthe ballot boxes on November 16 to ensure a free and fair election in Kogi state.
Zahra Audu made this known in an interview while addressing the worries of the Independent National Electoral Commission concerning possible violence in the November 16 Gubernatorial poll.
According to her, since the political thugs planning to disrupt the Governorship election had mothers, she would ensure their mothers are the ones securing the ballot boxes in all the polling units of the 21 local government of Kogi state.
Mrs. Audu said she doubts the thugs would kill their own mothers when they see them securing boxes at the polling units. “The thugs have mothers, I’m going to mobilise their mothers to man polling units. So, come and kill your mothers, please.”
She disclosed some mothers so far have volunteered to guard the boxes, while stating she would also be guarding her polling unit to ensure every vote indeed counts.

Zahra Audu in her interview said, no one’s ambition is should come with a cost of another man’s life as she pleaded with the Governorship candidates not to engage in violence.
“There are problems in Kogi state even though it is my wish and desire for the APC to continue to govern Kogi state. It is my wish for our incumbent governor, who is our candidate, to continue and finish his tenure but not at the cost of lives and property of the people of Kogi state.
