Arsenal was held to a 2-2 draw on Sunday by Crystal Palace in an encounter which saw the Gunners surrender a 2-0 lead to finish a match full of talking points with Lacazette starting for the first time in a while. The Gunners were in cloud nine till an ill-timed Callum Chambers challenge on Wilfred Zaha inside the Arsenal box gave Palace the chance to get back in the game with Jordan Ayew restoring parity in the second half.

Arsenal manager, Unai Emery has come under a lot of criticism in recent times and the draw felt like a loss to the Gunners faithful with many taking to social media to question the Spaniard’s tactical and managerial ability. One such posts calling for his immediate sack garnered thousands of likes and comments including an account associated with Arsenal’s strike partner, Alexandre Lacazette.
Granit Xhaka was substituted in the match for Bukayo Saka sparking jeers from the fans and the Swiss asking making a middle finger back at the fans before storming down the dugout.
From all indications all is not well in the Arsenal camp, Unai Emery might well see the door soon.
