A landlady, Toyyibat Oyeleke, on Thursday dragged one Hashidu Sulaiman ,her tenant, to a Kaduna  Shari’a Court, sitting at Magajin Gari, over alleged non-payment of rent.

The complainant told the court that Sulaiman rented her shop located at No.14 Jema’a Road, but failed to pay N120,000 annual rent.
