House of Representative members have rejected the continuous leadership of the house by Yakubu Dogara.
The recess which started since July 21st, will be considered on Tuesday by members of the house together with the senate.
Mr Dogara,was alleged to be involved in budget fraud and abuse of office,which is now known as the budget scandal.
The speaker denied these allegations, while his supporters are solidly behind him and preparing to obstruct any move against him.
Some members, who formed the Transparency Group, had called for the trial of the speaker, and all involved in the scandal.
The vote of no confidence, which is seriously been considered is yet to be concluded.
A conclusion is yet to be reached, whether to go ahead with the agenda.
