Liverpool have agreed a loan fee for Nigerian international Victor Moses, the deal is believed to be in the region of £1.5 million.

The 22- year- old winger hasn’t featured in any Chelsea game this season and is considered to be surplus to Jose Mourinho’s plans with the return of Kevin De Bruyne to the side and the acquisition of Willian and Andre Schurrle.

The Merseyside team have also signed Paris Saint – Germain defender MamadouSakho and centre-half Tiago llori of Sporting Lisbon. Both players completed their medicals at Anfield yesterday. Aston Villa goal keeper Shay Given has also been linked with the club.

Moses has had an average performance last season with the Europa League Champions scoring 10 goals in all competitions. A chance to play regular football would be good for the player with the World Cup coming in 2014.
