The Herald earlier reported that President Buhari’s nephew, Mamman Daura was allegedly flown to UK to receive urgent medical treatment.
According to Sahara Reporters, the trip became necessary after Daura began to manifest symptoms of the novel Coronavirus which has killed other prominent personalities like late Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari, former Oyo state Governor Abiola Ajimobi, former Senator Buruji Kashamu among others.
Mamman Daura was allegedly flown abroad despite the international flight ban imposed on the nation.
This has sparked mixed reactions from citizens who claim Nigerian policies do not apply to the elites.
Nigerians have taken to social media to express their thoughts regarding the alleged medical trip of the President’s nephew.

Mamman Daura has embarked on an emergency medical trip to the UK. There is no good hospital in Nigeria so politicians get flown to the UK whenever they fall sick.
Aisha Buhari was also flown to Dubai last week to treat ordinary neck pain. Nigeria is irredeemable.
Nigeria would never be united as long as there are some people who rejoice over the death and sufferings of others, they rejoiced when Abba kyari died, and now they’re happy because of Mamman Daura’s health condition
