A 34 year old man has bagged 160 years in jail for repeated sexual assault on a 10 year old girl who got pregnant as a result of the repeated sexual assault.
Nicholas Deon Thrash 34, from Marion Indiana was found guilty of sexual assault and 10 counts of child molestation during his trial last month and was sentenced to 160 years in jail with a minimum service of 132 years, according to local media.
The 10 year old victim who is now 11 testified that 34 year old Thrash had sexually molested her at least 15 times.
Apparently the man was known to the family and was someone they trusted according to the grandmother of the victim.
The mother of the ten years old was also not free from blame in the case of sexual assault which apparently went on for quite a while under her nose.

She had discovered that her ten year old daughter was pregnant when the victim was trying on dresses for a school dance; rather than report to the police, she instructed her daughter to say she had been impregnated by a classmate instead.
She was also charged with child neglect, aiding in child molestation and abuse as well as aiding and abetting a criminal.
Prosecutors said the ten year old victim who became pregnant as a result of repeated cases of sexual assault gave birth to a boy in September if 2017 after she had turned 11 years old.
Thrash remained in the Grant County Jail as of Thursday from where he would be transferred to a prison facility.
In like manner a substitute teacher was also charged with sending pornographic materials to minors after she allegedly sent her nudes to several 14 year old boys who are students of her school.
The teacher has since been fired from Dade county schools and has been charged to court by prosecutors.
