A man identified simply as Lanre has died after allegedly having ‘marathon’ sex with a woman in a hotel in Ondo.
It was learnt that the incident occurred in Ondo town on Wednesday evening.
A source said that Lanre had finished having multiple rounds of sex with the lady and went into the bathroom to have his bath when he suddenly collapsed.
The source said that the woman raised an alarm around 9 pm.
The source further said that the noise drew the attention of the workers and the manager of the hotel.
The source added that the manager invited police officers from the Enu-Owa Police Division to the scene and the remains of the deceased were deposited at the morgue of the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in the state, Mrs Funmilayo Odunlami, confirmed the incident.
Odunlami said was a case of sudden and unnatural death.
The police image-maker explained that investigation has begun on the case.
