A young man identified as Mohammed Suberu has reportedly died in the swimming pool of a foremost hotel in Lokoja, Kogi State.
Suberu’s body was found floating in the swimming pool of Idrinana Hotel, located in the Phase II area of Lokoja, the Nation reports.
The deceased was said to have gone to the hotel on Monday morning to swim, only for his lifeless body to be found floating in water few hours later.
The development caused pandemonium in the hotel.
The deceased’s body has been taken to the State Specialist Hospital in Lokoja.
The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), William Anya, said investigation has commenced on the incident.
