The Frenchman will not be in action against AC Milan at the StubHub Center on Wednesday as he flew home from Los Angeles, to be with fiance Melanie Da Cruz.
The former Monaco winger is already a father to two-year-old Peyton, from a previous marriage to Samantha Jacquelinet.
Mourinho granted Martial the permission to depart for the occasion but this is coming at a time when both manager and player are trying to get rid of each other
Sources monitoring the situation reveal that Mourinho is ready to cash in, because he does not want to upset the dressing room with an unhappy player.
