Michael Jackson’s oldest son, is reportedly testifying in the case against concert promotion company AEG for their involvement in the wrongful death of the pop legend.

Prince Jackson will take the stand in his grandmother Katherine Jackson’s civil case against AEG Live which accuses the company of being responsible for negligently hiring Dr. Conrad Murray to care for the late King of Pop and is expected to give evidence on conversations he had with his father about the concert promoter.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “Prince very much wants to take the stand and plans to tell jurors about specific conversations he had with his father about AEG.

“Prince will also testify about the fateful day his father died, as he was and eyewitness to the efforts that were made to save his life.”

The pop icon died in 2009 after he was administered a lethal dose of Propofol administered by Dr Murray, who was subsequently found guilt of involuntary manslaughter.

The wrongful death lawsuit trial between Katherine Jackson and the entertainment company is set to begin on April 2.
