Popular Nigerian musician , Tuface Idibia and ace presenter Mo Abudu accompanied the current Vice president of Nigeria, Prof Yemi Osinbajo to an event at Hollywood in the United State.
The purpose of this visit is to have an interactive investment forum with stake holders in Hollywood.
Tuface and Mo Abudu were not the only ones that accompanied as he came along with Executive Director of Nigerian Export Promotion Council, Segun Awolowo, Managing Director of Nigeria Film Corporation, Dr. Chidia Maduekwe,Terra Kulture founder, Bolanle Austen Peters.

In his speech at the event, Professor Osinbajo said that Nigeria has enough talented and creative minds and will be willing to partner with Hollywood to create more international ties with the the United States.
He also pointed out that he had met with representatives of from big film-making companies and studios like Universal studios, Warner Bros, 20th Century Fox, IMAX, Disney and many others.

“Creativity and talent abound in Nigeria and we are open for business. I met with reps from Universal studios, Warner Bros, 20th Century Fox, IMAX, Disney and a host of others.”
The special adviser to the President, Dr Dipeolu who also attended the event pointed out that they want to promote cooperation between the Nigerian & international big movie companies;
“We want to promote cooperation between Nigerian & international players, and attract investment to Nigeria. We will be discussing infrastructure, intellectual property protection, etc.”
The Executive Director of the Nigerian Bank of Industry, Toyin Adeniji at the investment forum also said that the Bank of Industry has also contributed much so far in aid movie production as the institution has given a total of $20m to 40 movie production projects so far;
“BOI has committed $20m to more than 40 projects in the Nigerian film industry—in infrastructure, distribution, content development etc. The Bank is ready to do, even more, having recently raised about $1bn.”
