Mrs. Deborah Okezie, whose son Don Davis was allegedly molested in Deeper Life High School, Uyo, has accused the Akwa Ibom State Commissioner for Education, Mrs. Enobong Udemeabasi Mbobo of intimidation.

Recall that Okezie had blown the lid on the alleged molestation of her child in a viral video on social media which sparked outrage.

Following the release of the video, the state government had promised an investigation into the incident.

She said that the alleged intimidation occurred in the commissioner’s office, when she was invited for further investigation into the allegations.

Okezie said that the commissioner accused her of trying to disgrace her office.

“Let the truth stand. I promised Nigerians that I will keep them updated as Don Davis case. You called me to bring my phone for investigation and as soon as I walked in, you started attacking me, that why I did go on the live broadcast? I asked you a question. Why did you bring me to your office to be attacked? Why retrieve my phone? What are we hiding? Which other evidence do you need?” she said in another video released on social media.
