Money laundering: EFCC releases Atiku’s son-in-law from custody

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has released the son-in-law to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar’s, Abdullahi Babalele.

Babalele has been under interrogation at the EFCC’s office for allegedly laundering €150 million. He was arrested by operatives of the anti-graft agency his Maitama, Abuja, home last Saturday.

The acting EFCC spokesman, Tony Orilade, confirmed that he has been released on Monday night.
