Media personality and religious critic, Ifedayo Olarinde popularly known as Daddy Freeze has said that most Nigerian churches teach deception as doctrine.

He made the assertion in a Facebook post on Tuesday.

Daddy Freeze added that the devil lost its hold on him when he stopped attending Nigerian churches.

He urged other people to try it and see for themselves.

Daddy Freeze is known to frequently disagree with many popular Nigerian Christian clerics, including Bishop David Oyedepo, Pastor Funke Felix-Adejumo, and entertainers, including Nathaniel Bassey and Mike Bamiloye, especially over Christian doctrine.

He said, “The day I stopped attending Nigerian churches, & quit listening to half baked Nigerian theology, the Nigerian devil lost his hold on me.

“Try it and become a testimony too. Most Nigerian churches teach deception as doctrine and the devil wins!”
