The Nigerian Christian community has suffered a huge blow after it was confirmed that the General Secretary of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Dr. Musa Asake, is dead.
According to the Punch, the full details of his death are still partly unclear but reports indicate that he died of an illness.
This tragedy is coming just two weeks after he led a nationwide protest called by CAN against the killing of Christians by suspected Fulani herdsmen.

According to Asake, “Yes, he died this morning. We are right now in the mortuary. I was with him yesterday (Thursday) in his house,”
