NET recently caught up with Fivestar music act Harrysongz and he revealed the inspiration behind hit song ‘Reggae Blues.’
‘It’s actually a song of true life stories of people complaining about their relationships to me and then I just decided to put everything together to make this monster hit’.
Going further, Harry was asked if the song was the biggest of his career.
He answered: ‘That’s what I keep hearing and I think I agree. Though I thought ‘Beta Pikin’ was big but ‘Reggae Blues’ became a hit almost instantly and it’s still growing. The funniest thing was I actually wrote that chorus 3 days after the death of my father. I was mourning and preparing for his burial and somehow the inspiration just came.’
