Osinbajo faces N90 Billion Scandal, this is why Cabals are ejecting him

The current fuss about the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, being ejected from office, according to Timi Frank, is due to an alleged mismanagement of N90 billion Naira FIRS election funds.

Timi Frank, a political activist and former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has reported this through Vanguard News in the early hours of September 23, following the rumours on Sunday that the Northern Cabal may be conniving to eject the Vice President.

It is also being speculated that a replacement for the vice president is already being considered.

According to the Vanguard report, Frank said:

“The presidency discovered how Osinbajo allegedly mismanaged N90billion from the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).

“When confronted by the presidency, he confirmed to General Buhari that he indeed allegedly took N90billion from FIRS but it was used for the 2019 presidential election campaign in strategic states of the South-west.

“Gen Buhari asked for a breakdown of how the money was spent and he said he gave N11 billion to Lagos state APC leader but when the said national leader and one former APC chairman were invited for an explanation, it was confirmed that Osinbajo gave only N5billion and not N11billion to Lagos state.

“The cabal is asking to know how come they beat PDP in the South-west with less than 60,000 votes if the money was actually spent in the strategic states of the South-west as allegedly claimed.”

Frank is insisting that the Vice President must resign from office while also tagging him “Yahoo Boy”

According to him;

“This goes to confirm the NEMA case against Osinbajo concerning the N5billion that he was alleged to have siphoned.

Timi Frank had also insisted that the Vice President must resign in 2017, based on a report that faulted the Vice-President’s disbursement of N5.8b as emergency food intervention for the North-East in June 2017, when he was acting President.

“The ball is in Gen Buhari’s court to show Nigerians that he supports corruption from his cabinet members and do nothing or he is indeed truly fighting corruption and therefore force him to resign. “No wonder the fight against corruption under this administration is not yielding positive results as expected.”

“Finally, I call on Osinbajo to immediately apologise to God for his ‘yahoo yahoo’ behaviour and repent otherwise he will be disgraced out of office.”

It may be apparent that the Vice President is being targeted for removal to foster political gains, and not in the interest of the country. Timi Frank, who has disclosed this information without solid proof, appears to be taking a quick jump at the conclusion that the vice president must resign on freckle allegations.

He said;

“If he fails to resign, the National Assembly must begin the process of impeachment against him as a matter of urgency to prove to Nigerians that 9th Assembly is not a rubber stamp of the executive.

It may be apparent also that the political activist may be lending his pen as a device to foster political conspiracy, a divisive means that may be projected at the 2023 elections.
