Nigerian singer, Naira Marley has reacted to being called ‘useless’ by Execujet and its CEO, Sam Iwuajoku.
Executive Jets had earlier tendered a written apology to the Federal Government for conveying Azeez Fashola popularly known as Naira Marley from Lagos to Abuja in order to perform for fans.
The case attracted public outrage after Naira Marley, a 2019 BBNaija housemate Kimoprah and many fans violated the social distancing rule posed to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus.
Hadi Sirika, Minister of Aviation reacted to the news by suspending Executive Jets for transporting Naira Marley amid flight ban.
However, Executive Jets released a statement that the flight company got an application from FASHOLA BABATUNDE and assumed it was the Minister of Works requesting to fly.
Unknown to them, it was Naira Marley and his cohorts, whom the company referred to as ‘a bunch of useless people”
Naira Marley reacting to being called useless revealed that over 20,000 Marlians travel with their airline in a month, and they won’t be using their “hungry” airline again for calling them useless.
Naira Marley wrote: “Lool they asked for our names on the jet though and looooooooool ur pilot is a Marlian and everybody there is a Marlian too.. my name is Azeez Adeshina Fashola and my lil brothers name is moshood babatunde fashola😂😂😂 and u was begging me to tag y’all. Do u know that over 20,000 Marlians travel with executive jet a month. We won’t be using ur hungry airline again for calling us useless.
Thank God we didn’t crash on that flight sha because we nearly did.
BTW We didn’t book the flight ourselves.”
