New Nigerian title ‘Crazy, Love, Cool’ coming to Netflix

Netflix has acquired a Nigerian title – Crazy, Love, Cool. This Nigerian series which features household names like Enyinna Nwigwe and Adesua Etomi-Wellington will be available for streaming this weekend.

The American based Movie Streaming giant is gradually increasing its portfolio of Nollywood titles. Other titles already streaming on the platform include Lion Heart by Genevieve Nnaji, King of Boys, Taxi Driver among others.

Produced by award-winning director Obi Emelonye, the series explores the interesting activities on university undergraduates and their lecturers in a typical Nigerian university.

The 13 episode series was shot in conjunction with Trace TV in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State.

Here are the casts;

Nwigwe plays Izu, a blogger, entrepreneur and private investigator

Jka is a suave, hooded silent enforcer of the SS confraternity, a popular gang on the campus.

Etomi-Wellington acts as a writer and fearless politician.
