Netflix has acquired Tade Ogidan’s blockbuster movie ‘Gold Statue’ starring; Gabriel Afolayan, Kunle Remi, Sola Sobowale, Richard Mofe Damijo, Norbert Young and Alibaba Akpobome, among others.
Popular movie streaming website has thus confirmed that the movie which also features other actors including: Segun Arinze, Kelvin Ikeduba, Kunle Fawole, Yvonne Jegede, Bisola Aiyeola and Rycardo Agbor, is now set for a June 1, 2021 premiere.
The movie written and directed by Tade Ogidan follows the adventures of two young men (Gabriel Afolayan & Kunle Remi) who go in search of a treasure gold statue.
