Nigerian American Rap Star, Wale Drops Self-Titled Xmas Mixtape ‘Folarin’

Nigerian-American hip hop superstar, Wale has released a self-titled mixtape today, Folarin.

The rapper who is signed to Maybach Music Group, owned by Rick Ross, released the 21 track mixtape album less than an hour ago after promoting it heavily on Twitter.

The mixtape includes production by Beat Billionaire, Jake One, LG, Rico Beats, DigiPhonics and Apple Juice Kid to name a few.

Guest features on the mixtape range from the soulful serenading Chrisette Michelle to the street apostleship of Texas rapper Scarface. Ofcourse label mates like Rick Ross and Meek Mill are featured on the mixtape.

The project is entirely worth a listen and Wale may definitely be the first rapper of Nigerian origin to win a grammy.
