An excited Nigerian man has been reported to have gifted out a gold necklace estimated to be worth around $18,000 to a beauty queen.
The rather astonishing gesture took place at the Millie House, Sandralia Hotels, Abuja where Yvette Meurer was crowned the Most Beautiful Model in Nigeria.
The celebration party of the winners had in attendance popular faces including some Nollywood faces, showbiz entrepreneurs, selected headline personalities and others.
Yvette, who won the much coveted crown, was dazed as the personality presented the expensive gift to her.
