The music executive stated that his friend found out “on his own when another parent called his wife and showed his wife the video of his 10 year old daughter being circulated on Instagram.

“I have spent the last 1 hour listening to confessional statements by some teachers and I am begging this should rather be a dream.

The suspended student’s mother, In a video posted on Instagram, said that her daughter, Julian, attends Chrisland School, VGC.

She said that the matter stated one month ago when the school’s headteacher, Mrs Gloria Azike, called to invite her for a chat.

She explained that on getting to the school, she met Azike, one Mrs Kemi, and one other person from the school’s headquarters.

She added that the team informed her that her daughter was caught kissing a boy.

She said that the team further disclosed that when her daughter was questioned, she said she learnt it from a game called “Truth or Dare”.

She said the team advised her to take her daughter’s phone away to prevent a recurrence.

According to her, Mrs Kemi advised her not to inform her husband about the incident.

“Then I didn’t hear anything again, the girl was going (to school) and I thought everything was fine. Not until after two to three weeks that we had that conversation, Mrs Azike, the head teacher, now sent me a link that she wanted us to have a Zoom meeting by 5pm and I said okay.”

She said that in the Zoom meeting, the school management began to beg for forgiveness but did not tell her why.

The victim’s mother said that she learnt about the incident from another parent.

She said that after the family’s attention was drawn to the video, she called Mrs Azike more than 20 times but the call was neither answered nor returned.

The victim’s mother said she learnt from her daughter that a schoolmate who was also on the Dubai trip tricked her into his room, where she was drugged and made to perform a sexual act while one student recorded the whole scene.

She said that Chrisland School had been threatening to kill her daughter if she revealed what happened.

She alleged that the school also sent people to take her daughter for pregnancy test three times without the family’s knowledge.

However, many Nigerians called on the Lagos State Government to launch an investigation to unravel the truth behind the matter.
