Nigerians have taken to social media to react to Jimi Agbaje’s victory in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial primary in Lagos.
He was declared the winner of the PDP ticket on Friday, after he polled 1,100 votes to defeat his rival Adedeji Doherty who polled 742 votes.
Agbaje, a pharmacist, will slugged it out with his All Progressives Congress (APC) opponent, Babajide Sanwo-Olu in 2019.

Agbaje was also the PDP’s gubernatorial candidate in 2015, when he lost to incumbent Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode.
