Nigerians react to Bolanle Ambode’s Alleged High Handedness

Following the sacking of the Chaplain of the Chapel of Christ the Light, Alausa, Venerable Femi Taiwo, by the Governing Council allegedly on the order of the state Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode.

The general public on social media has come forward to condemn the actions of the Lagos State Government, particularly that of the Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode and his wife, Bolanle Ambode.

The Chaplain was allegedly sacked on grounds of ‘disrespect to the office of the first lady of the state’ for not attending to the Governor’s wife before anyone else during the anointing service, during which She (The Governor’s wife) walked out in annoyance.

Users of the Nairaland forum, the number one indigenous Nigerian social media platform came forth in droves to expressly condemn the action taken by the Lagos State Government.
