Nigerians have taken to Twitter to react to a photo showing President Muhammadu Buhari’s son, Yusuf, allegedly receiving his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate in the State House, Abuja.
The NYSC discharge certificate is issued to a corps member after the completion of the mandatory one-year service to the nation.
The president’s son earned a Master’s degree from the University of Surrey, Guildford in 2016.
However, many Nigerians complained that Yusuf Buhari’s state of service and place of primary assignement were never disclosed, insisting that he could have boycotted the scheme.
