Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade aka Omo Sexy has been awarded ‘Best actress award’ by the Nollywood Travel Film Festival in Toronto, for her role in the movie, ` Alter Ego’.

This was Omotola’s first release after about 3 years of hibernation. The movie premiered on Friday, 7th July, 2017 at Intercontinental Hotel, Lagos.
The movie screened alongside 11 other films in the just concluded Nollywood Travel Film Festival held in Toronto
Alter Ego is a 114-minutes drama thriller, produced by Ester Eiyibo and directed by Moses Inwang.
The story centers on Ada Igwe (played by Omotola) who is a successful lawyer and nymphomaniac, who was sexually abused as a child. She featured as a relentless attorney who has a passion for prosecuting sex offender.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that `Alter Ego’ was caught up with mixed reactions after the release of its first trailer due to the popular sex scene between Omotola and fellow actor, Wale Ojo.
Other actors in the movie include Jide Kosoko, Kunle Remi, Emem Inwang, Bobby Obodo, Sexy Steel, Gregory Ojefua and many more in ‘Alter Ego’.
