A group of secondary school students in Oyo today staged a protest against the government’s proposed plan to privatise thier schools.
The government due to the paucity of funds in the state had decided to invite private individuals to invest in schools and take over them.
The teachers in Oyo have already kicked against these plans and now the students have joined in.
