President Muhammadu Buhari met with the remaining senators loyal to the All Progressives Congress (APC) at Aso Rock Villa on Wednesday, July 25.
The meeting as reported, is most likely related to the mass defection of senators on from the party to the Peoples Democratic Party and the African Democratic Congress.
Further reports have it that more senators may soon jump ship especially Senator Shenu Sani who was seen at the meeting.
Meanwhile, Senate president, Bukola Saraki, has reportedly revealed that his chances of leaving the All Progressives Congress (APC) are “very, very high.”
