The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, has begged God to intervene and end the current fuel scarcity witnessed across the nation.
Daddy GO, as he is fondly called, led the prayer session after mounting the pulpit during the monthly Divine Encounter programme held at the National Stadium in Abuja, on Monday evening.
The event was attended by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and his wife, Dolapo, Chief of Defence Staff, Major General Abayomi Gabriel Olonisakin, the Minister for Health, Professor Isaac Adewole.
He said: “Pray that the fuel scarcity be over soon and pray that this will be the last time we will ever have such occurrence in the country,” the renown cleric admonished the worshipers.
Adeboye, also commended the worshipers who in spite of the biting fuel, able to maneuver their way to the stadium in their large numbers.
