Nigerian musician, Patoranking’s welcome party to Ghana turned gory after some of his fans were involved in an accident on their way to welcome him to Tamale, Ghana.
Patoranking was supposed to perform along side Fancy Gadam in Tamale, on the 30th of June 2018, but the concert has been cancelled due to the loss of lives a day before the event.

Fancy Gadam posted on his Facebook page stating “I can’t lose my fans and still have the heart to stage a show”.
The accident occurred when Fancy Gadam’s convoy collided with a truck on their way to welcome Patoranking to Tamale.
According to sources, after the collision, other cars speedily pile-crashed from behind resulting into the death of 8 people, while 20 more were injured.
