Meadow Walker, daughter of the late fast and furious star actor, Paul Walker has been awarded the total sum of $10.1 million in settlement from Rogers Rodas’ estate.
Recall that Rogers Rodas was at the wheels of the vehicle which caused the death of the TV star in 2013.
According to Meadow’s lawyer, Jeffery Milam, “The amount paid by the estate of Roger Rodas into a trust for Meadow Walker only covers a fraction of what her father would have earned as an international movie star had his life not tragically been cut short,”
Roger’s widow and Paul’s daughter tried to sue the car maker for the death of both occupants of the car but the lawsuit hit a dead-end earlier in the week as the Federal Judge ruled that Roda’s widow could not prove that the carmaker was responsible for the accident which claimed her husband’s life and Paul Walker’s.
