A doctor has removed a charger from a man’s bladder after the patient inserted it into his penis.
The man visited a hospital in northeastern India last month, claiming he had ingested some earphones, said Dr. Walliul Islam, a general surgeon at the hospital.
Dr. Islam told the Hindustan Times that the man had a habit of inserting different objects in his penis for sexual pleasure, but that he repeatedly told staff he had swallowed a pair of earphones.
Dr. Islam prescribed him a course of laxatives but the lead failed to appear despite the man passing several stools. 
“He came to us after five days, despite passing stool several times the cable did not come out. We then conducted an endoscopy but still couldn’t find anything. As the patient complained of severe pain, we decided to perform surgery and found that there was nothing in his intestine,” Islam told CNN.
Islam posted on his Facebook: “Surprises in Surgery! After 25 years of experience in surgery, I continue to be surprised and shocked by instances like this where my intellectual and surgical skills are challenged,
“I operated upon him to find nothing in his Gastrointestinal tract…but instead discovered a mobile phone charger cord in his Urinary Bladder ….all of you must have guessed the entry point and route ( it entered through his penile urethra to his urinary bladder),

“I have read that people used to get sexual gratification by inserting instruments through the penis. This is one such case, and the psychiatrist can help him beyond this point,”
