A photo has been making the rounds on social media and it shows a nurse working in the dark.
The nurse has a torchlight strapped to her head with another on the tray before her to illuminate her surroundings.
The picture appeared on the twitter account @NigerianDoctors and they decried the state of the nation saying that the government has failed.
The nurse is unidentified and the hospital is the Lagos University teaching hospital at Idi-Araba.
