Residents of ATP Ajogodo region, River Ethiope in Sapele areas of Delta state have been able to kill a giant python which is said to have been terrorizing the whole community for a long period of time.
Reports claim that the huge reptile was fond of eating their livestock relentlessly, the reason for their jubilation.
The residents eventually tracked and trailed it on Monday until they were able to put an end to its life. While sharing the news and excitements over the death of the reptile, one of the residents, through his Facebook wall wrote, “’Yeah! We finally killed the 12ft Python that has been terrorising our innocent people at night. Voyage activated.”
